Changes Keep On Coming!

So a lot has happened since the last Kickstarter. We are not defeated, yet. Both “The Award Goes To…” and “Corporations!”
will be undergoing some polishing.

Once that is done, we have plans for them. While we are working on polishing up those two games, we are designing our third
game to be released. The game is called Divvy.

Divvy is a pirate themed game based on the concept of all the parties working together to raid on a voyage. Once the round
is over, that current voyage is over, and then the gold acquired is divvied up upon the crew.

If you’d like to find more information about Divvy you could subscribe to email updates via our purchase page, or fan the
Divvy Board Game Geek page here!

Also, anyone who did or did not know about our creator’s board game review blog might notice a new link above. The blog
will be posted here at our site from now on, and sister posted on board game geek.
So if you haven’t seen it, check it out now!

“The Award Goes To” Returns for Open Demo at GameX

Today is the last day we were at GameX. I wish we had given you guys more notice, but some stuff fell through, so we headed on back.
We ran a little late getting to the con, thanks to a number of setbacks that started from early in the morning and just kept on going throughout the day. There was a happy surprise, though, in having the creator of the game able to make it to the con last second! We got there around 1:30, set up a VIP table, and ran about 5 games in the 4 hours we were there.
We also made some nice friends with some up and comers. Congrats to Stephen DeBaun and Alyson Warner, whose game reached full funding on KickStarter last night! Be sure to check out their game, ARS Victor!
All in all a great experience at GameX. If you missed us, don’t fret! There will be other demo events. We will keep you guys updated!

GameX Was Awesome!

GameX was an amazing experience, even though we were only there for a few hours in the afternoon! All of you guys who came by my table to play The Award Goes To are great and we hope you liked the “Cristoph Journey” bonus card!
We managed to get a set up for the VIP table, thanks to Eric Burgess with Strategicon, which gave a bunch of people a nice view of the game as they walked in from the hotel. We ran a some games and met lots of interesting and wonderful people (other game creators and just plain gaming enthusiasts).
The vendors in the hall were also very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Game Ogre and to Seth’s Games and Anime for offering to help pass out information for the Kickstarter for us, and thanks to all of the great people who came by, showed interest in us, played with us, and even the ones who just came by to chat as we were setting up! You guys are what will make this game a success, and I hope that you know just how important you are to us!
